I see lots of big trucks at work, but never long nose Pete’s. 99% of them are new designs, seeing a bright yellow 378 made me pretty happy.
New designs don’t have the aesthetic of long nose Pete’s.

Out West, they're not uncommon among owner/operators flatbed haulers, bulk material haulers and the like. Neat. !!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!! https://www.hotrod.com/articles/24-cylinders-12-blowers-power-peterbilt/ We use a company called Southern Pride to haul a lot of our engines. They have some older style trucks in their fleet.
Out my way it’s
Cascadias, &
Kentworth T-series. My work has lots of Macks. They just bough 3 new Mack Granite MHD. One is getting a 5th wheel pin & the other 2 are getting 4
0ft flat beds.
That is really cool to see. I don't see any them often, but anytime I see those old guys on the road, I smile. I don't really think much of unloading trucks, it's most of my job. It's just another truck, most likely a Kenworth T-series or Cascadia. I like seeing old trucks. I'm that one guy at work.
